I installed this in my 6-speed NC. They have versions for the NB transmissions, too. They have a unique reverse lock-out that requires you to twist the **** clock-wise to get into reverse. It auto-centers once you pop it back to neutral to shift into 1st.

A for effort but after the cost and a 5 month lead time it's not leaving the parts stash in the garage lol.
The only other one that has reverse lockout to my knowledge is the CAE Ultra Shifter, which is also a super nice piece of kit, but also costs more than the transmission itself.
