And so I finally got off my lazy *** and started on this
And I used expandable foam to fill the gaps. Tomorrow I shave and shape everything down and then start more glass work.

Last night I really thrashed the car around for the first time since after the install of the frog arms and doorbars and woah, the car feels insanely capable and all around awesome. Very tight, controlled and absorbs bumps now like never before. Two of the best upgrades I've done so far. Speaking of so far, here's what I've done the past few months:
Energy suspension bushings through out the whole car, front and back
Solid diff mounts
Mazdaspeed motor mounts
frog arms
Hard dog door bars
Racing beat tubular front sway bar with RB endlinks
