So got my turbo back from WorkTurbochargers after inspection. Reed said everything looked perfect - and I'm using Rotella 15-40. He upgraded one of the bearings and lathed down the housing to fit in a 60 trim compressor wheel. If y'all need ANY turbos rebuilt, you need to give Reed a call! Check out his site.
Instead of putting it on the dyno, my tuner Eric Hux (huxracing - since I don't know **** about tuning) is going to tune the MS while on track in 2 weeks. We're running the MS on the MAP sensor, so if anything it'll running a little lean - he had some issue with the LC1 resetting last time that made it useless when connected to the MS. We'll take another look at it this time, but we'll be using his LC1 box-a-jiggy to get logged A/Rs.
Anyway, thread useless without pics! ARTech's taco clone worked perfectly - no re-worky down pipe... TSE's 10mm Inconel studs with Stage 8 fasteners
And an OEM cover I picked for $65

New numbers
Well - after the increase in trim, went and retuned the car. Thought it'd be MUCH better to see some feedback on the dyno than just tuning on track. Saw a couple runs peak at 280rwhp and 254tq but not together. Had an issue with the gate spring not staying put - too much backpressure forcing the gate open and couldn't get past 18.5psi. So we regulated 6psi air behind the diaphram to add - well, another 6lbs spring force which let us hit the 20psi I was looking for.
We still have some more tuning to do, but this is where we stopped today... still bangin away on the stock 1.6
Also, at 21lbs I was maxing out the supra injectors - 95% duty cycle
This was at 20psi

Hey Six - sure looking forward to it! I haven't registered yet, but don't see where it'll be a problem.

Had a blast this weekend at Barber with ReZoom Motorsports. NOTHING FAILED! Didn't throw a rod through the block, the ARTech manifold held up, the TSE studs and stage 8 fasteners didn't loosen, didn't have fuel starvation issues - ran the tank to E - in all I was beat to hell by the end of the weekend. sbrian2's wife did awesome on track - she was gtg after the 3rd session when she started passing the vettes and porsches in the same run group!
The best time I had was with this supercharged elise - we were courtious to each other for lead opportunities but man - we were neck to neck. He might have had some better torque out of the corners, but I think I had a slight edge on the top end... here's the videos! If you time them right, you can watch both at the same time (mine starts at 23sec to his start). More to come -

Awesome vids and thanks again for instructing Tara.
I can't wait to get back there in the spring with hopefully better suspension on the car. I think next time we will each run one day so we can really focus and make sure we both get more track time and give the car more time to cool off between sessions. The tires and brakes were really getting iffy after back to back sessions.
Glad to hear your car did well all weekend. It looks like a total blast out on the track.

Your welcome Brian - next year, ReZoom may be at Barber 3 times, which would be sweet!
Took about 7 people for their first taste of what Barber is like... I need to tell them to leave the phones in their car, lest they fly out of the window
Here's making a buddy squirm like a girl - and I spin it out of T5 and luckily didn't hit the wall - which from the angle I just got lucky, not a save in any stretch... guess the spin made him sick But on a side note, that afternoon he scored an '84 944 (in GREAT shape) for $250 and plans on tracking it - another one hooked
And this one is taking Raymond on track for the 1st time.

Charging the tires with N2 - being a refrigeration contractor has it's little perks sometimes...
Pulling vaccum then charging to 25# Nitrogen
- also have a 3.63 R&P on order thanks to a MT member here

And by Friday I'll have this in the mail to tell me so for the coming Nasa event at RA! Coming Jan, this will be able to sync with the GoproHD
I highly doubt the 3.6 will be installed before then, but there's always NOLA if I can swing it - otherwise next spring
