OneTwo, thanks for that link about the NB2/ABS. I must have missed that one. Got a BBK on the way and might have to try that at some point.
Been on here for years reading but haven't done anything much to the MSM yet other than the normal suspension/wheel stuff (Xidas, 6UL's, etc) but I've but been picking up parts for EFR turbo and brakes. Need to start my own build thread. I'll let you get back to your car.....

If you are researching brakes, the 11.75"f/Sport rear with 1" master is what you want. That's what I have on my NA and its bliss.

I think everyone pretty much uses the 1.38" piston Wilwoods in front with those 2 rears but if you use the radial mounts that V8 Roadster sells you can get a 1.5" piston Dynapro which by my math puts the total front brake piston area almost right back to where you start with the 2.125" sport single piston fronts (approx. 3.54 square in). Not sure how that would pan out with the larger rotors but it should increase that the front bias a bit. Was wondering if anyone's tried it. I probably need to go post in the brakes forum. Sorry, you just got me thinking when I saw your bias valve.

I have more updates stockpiled:
Hardtop - Acquired. Lucked out and found one a pristine one color matched already.
Began installing some sound deadening. Distinctly non-race car.
I did an awful job of photographing this process! Installed a mix of leftover Dynamat and RaamMat in a 25% coverage matrix, followed by a layer of luxury liner pro. The trans tunnel got covered in ensolite foam since its so much thinner than the luxury liner.
So far I have only installed the drivers side and the package tray, but it really made a huge difference in the car. Its no Lexus, but the floorboard vibrations from the exhaust are gone, and the car feels more refined. Looking forward to installing the passenger side and the trunk next.

Mostly because it was cheap and its the preference of my local tuner. Plus I wanted to try something other than MS which I have in my NA. The Adaptronic has a pretty sweet feature set, but no where near the online resources.
The software is free and really intuitive. If I hate it, I can always go MS.

It uses WARI which you can download for free from Adaptronics website.

There are some things that don't seem as good as MS, like a smaller AFR target table, but I figured I would give it a shot. I'm very curious how good the adaptive tuning works.
I know a few folks on here are running one standalone, maybe they can chime in.

forgot an update -
Picked up a set of non-probax Lotus seats and black door cards. No more red! Seating position is much, much lower that the stock NB2 seats.
I have a few more minor little interior changes I want to make, but its really turning into a wonderful daily.

Just in from being rebuilt at Bilstein:
Used set of FCMs. Can't wait to get them on the car, although I am undecided on spring rates. I'm either going 600/375 with MSM rear sway or 600/450 with NA rear sway. I was able to get the shock dynos, which are damn near impossible to obtain for FCM shocks.
Adaptronic is going in Saturday.

What did you use for brackets to mount the Lotus seats? I've got the same seats in my 04 MSM. I was going to make my own but used the Flipside ones for now. I think I could probably go quite a bit lower with something else if I made it myself. Might need to do that to get some helmet clearance later on.
