We calibrated the TPS, but the numbers seemed way off and everyone I shared them with agreed. Unfortunately, I can't remember what they were at the moment, but I can check when I get home.
I'm not sure why the wbo2 won't read, the only reason I can think of is maybe I picked the incorrect UEGO option in MS as there may have been two.

with the nissan tps, i am getting 1.89v at closed and 4.89v at wot iirc....
