Is this cut brown wire the reason why my headlight motors don't work?

it appears to be intact on the driver's side

Brown wire should go to the 30A Retractor fuse. So, possibly yeah.

What's the best way to remove all the dust, leaves and other **** that has accumulated in the engine bay over the past 7 years?

Also I found ratshit in the glove box. Lmk if anyone wants some.

My leaf blower has been out of service since that incident with my Real Doll.

so a few rounds of blow, formula 88, dry, blow and it'll be a little cleaner?
