Default The S2 Widowmaker... another long saga

A long LONG time ago (in April) in a redneck as hell county next door (far far away for most) this red '90 was picked out of the pine needles and thorn bushes at a price of $400... and it was then relocated to another patch of pine needles and thorn bushes until a couple weeks ago when it was decided I had to ditch the S1 dream to bring the Kamikaze back to life, to help start the SPM movement this side of the Mississippi... hence the car was winched into the shop to begin its S2 transformation. Im positive it's going to give me a heart attack either in the build process - or on track, hence the name. Actually - someone had said the cage looked like a black widow web, with no uniformity or pattern. I don't agree with that statement, but the widow part stuck...

Alright - enough of the rambling. I sold off the S1 Efr kit and twin disc I had to help fund the required parts needed to make this happen - and quick. The first race is Mar 3/4 here at Barber and I fully intend to have this bitch RUNNING by then! Statistically speaking, that's impossible, but I'm determined to do this... so the beer is being put aside (no, not really) to give full concentration on getting this done!
So far, the parts list include:
Forged 10.5:1 '94 block
'99 head with dual springs
DW300 feeding ID1050x injectors
Flat top manifold
Boundary 2-shim oil pump
Supermiata crank dampener
Jackson Racing exhaust manifold
TSE dual core radiator
Supermiata Qmax reroute
TSE Cops kit
MSpnpPro3
Racepak IQ3 logger dash
Gen 1 Xidas 900/500
Supermiata Sport Clutch
4.3 T1 Torsen
NB2 subframes, extended lower ball joints
MR-S rear hubs
Lifeline Zero 2000 6 nozzle fire suppression system
OMP HTE-XL seat
and the list goes on.... y'all don't care though, you just wanna see the car ****!

And so the cage begins at Kowrx!

That is a ton of fuel. Is that normal for these builds?

edit: just went to the ID site, is the 1050x the smallest they market now?

I suppose I could've mentioned that I intend to run E85... but even then, i'm expecting this to morph into the S1 Widowmaker at some point... I can't go too long without boost

Near future plans are to paint her a Metallic Graphite with Orange highlights, including the cage... even thinking Supermiata orange - you know, so the door logos/graphics match

That trailer for 4 grand is a total steal. Holy crap.

Also, this build is going to rule.

$400 is a good place to start, just never, ever hit the total button at the end.

I support this build by working hard to give you a series to race in.

In addition to picking up the Eliminator... I brought Cubert back home (several weeks ago but just unloaded). Some of the things he did Im still scratching my head.... like the lower bent "straight" brace... seriously, wtf? He also welded in 1/8" plate to the driver's floor... Geez, that's another 15# I have to lose now! And it still didn't allow my OMP seat to square up to the wheel - so I cut the living crap out of the tunne until it did. Now to plate it in - and NOT with 1/8" steel plate!
