Car started acting crazy on the way to work this morning. Right after a hard pull it started sounding a bit weird, then I noticed it was pegging out the STFT to try to maintain AFRs. Was able to limp it back home. Unplugged the O2 sensor and it still ran like **** so I'd say that's not it. Going to have to investigate this weekend. Maybe cat plugged up?

Wedding and honeymoon put this on hold for a little while. Ended up the replacing the header with a new ceramic coated race header.

It seems like the race header puts the outlet further to the driver's side (could possibly be how I had the street header adjusted) so it's looking like I need to completely redo my midpipe to get it to fit, as the flex is now up against the tunnel/frame rail. Gator Motorsport is hosting an event at Putnam on the 22nd-23rd of next month, hoping I can have everything back together to go to it.

I might have to take you up on that. Not too many decent exhaust fab shops around here besides Fathouse who is always booked up.

Here's the link to the sign up. I'll probably go for Sunday as well. Haven't heard much about Gator and their trackdays so it could be interesting.

I want to say one of my co-workers in a Lotus has ran a track day or two with them. Sounded alright. I think they try to get a lot of their customers there, so some very nice cars can show up.

I am looking to runing with this group, it will be my first time runing with them, i have to say that i really like the 1010 motorsports events, the advanced group has passing anywhere, no point by required but iv never had my nose chopped and people let you pass if you catch up to them or take the corner for the most part in addition you get 2 1/2 to 3 hours of track time per day.

Yeah Gator looks like it'll be a little milder than what 10/10ths is, at least according to the rules. It's really hard to beat 10/10ths though.

Had an ouch on Sunday.

Started pouring down rain halfway through the last session. Came out of Turn 4 and had the back end kick out and got caught by some trees off to the left of Turn 5. Huge thanks to Harold and his brother for helping get it road worthy. Car still seems to drive straight and I was able to limp it back home with no issues. Overall damage appears to mainly be cosmetic. Don't think the wife will be letting me buy Xidas any time soon now

Some partial good news. Found a junkyard that has an 03 SE with hood, bumper, and core support available only 3 hours away, so I'll be making a trip on Friday. Only other panel is a fender and I think we have enough paint leftover from the hardtop to spray a new one. Hopefully back up and running in a few weeks.

It actually didn't need to be nearly this deep but there was apparently a crappy repair done by a PO so since I already have the whole new front end I might as well replace that part as well.

Yeah, I'm probably going to need to borrow it if you don't mind. I'm not quite to needing it yet though.

Did the bumper reinforcement get damaged? I have a new one from the JY I can use.
