1990 Mazda Miata - $Free (ish)
When I first saw central America I thought Juan Valdez and his burro, and I wondered why you drove across the country in a rental truck to catch a flight. Then I woke up to what that really meant.
And as FRTfun can probably attest, don't fawk with Joe when he is road weary and his patience is short. Good luck to all of people jockeying for the car, whether it is a bidding war, who replied first, or who gets there first. Lol @ Kenzo posting within 3 minutes of the original post.
And to Joe, good luck and godspeed. I wish you the utmost happiness in your endeavor to find a good home.

Looks like kenzo has dibs at $700.
If you want to wait, I can always FedEx the key to you. Any one who steals the car in the mean time will face retribution.

That's not my car, though that is my apartment complex in the background. The car is parked in the parking lot, which is on the opposite side of the complex from where that photo was taken.
I just got off the phone w/Keno. Unless someone wants to offer me $1k, the car is his.

I am 100% serious about failflora asking about the car. I have no doubt in my mind he would jump on a plane and cross country the car back to MD right after giving you $1000. Hell he might even fly to NYC and grab keys and title from you before he fly's out.

I plan on finding a FedEx / Kinkos office tomorrow morning to mail the key to Kenzo. So that's about how long a person who did exist would have to backstab Kenzo and purchase my loyalty.
Wish I would have seen this earlier. I would have taken the 10 minutes to drive over there during lunch and checked it out. Not that I really want it, but it would have been more entertaining than being at work.
I figured it wasn't since the wheels are different. I just thought it was funny that looking up that address on Google Maps produced a ratty-looking red NA Miata.

What was in that box anyway? I can't remember what you bought. Was that the 3.636 R&P?

I almost sent my father to get it. He would have beat you all there, but I doubt he'd have come up with 700 dollars. I suspect he would not have minded the shadiness of stealing it, but once he discovered it was nonstandard he'd probably have flipped out.
Just curious...how would one load the car up in a parking lot like that? With no key the steering wheel will be locked, no? It's hard to tell how big that lot is, but I'd have to think that trying to line up a trailer wouldn't be terribly easy.
If it's somehow still there by the end of this coming week I'll put on some nt01s + a rollbar and take it to Laguna Seca next Saturday instead of my track car . . . and then park it back where it was (minus tires and rollbar).
