This is not helping the full sale.

how much would you consider for the turbo kit and everything needed.

Well it is a fully gutted interior so no window regulators.. windows come all the way out but for storage/driving when it is cold, you can brace the windows with the blocks of wood. I assumed that was pretty obvious from the gutted comment haha

miatasteve: shoot me an email so I can figure out what you mean by "everything needed"
I would argue you need the whole car...but since I assume that's not what you meant just email me and we can discuss pricing. I still havent fully made up my mind about parting or not so I don't want to start posting prices up here yet.

Still prefer sale of full car over part out. Nobody has committed to full turbo and exhaust purchase yet so I am still open to offers for the whole car. It would be significantly easier for me that way so I would probably accept significantly under what I am asking as long as it is a REASONABLE offer. I know I originally asked over value. would make a GREAT xmas present!!

JUST as a "FYI" -- I was looking into purchasing a turnkey 1996 Miata in So-Cal, with a similar setup to yours. However, this car had the following:

Autokonexion Fastback
Fender Flares
Solid turbo setup on a 140k 1.8L (Turbo'd to around 230 hp)
Decent interior
Decent black paint
Nice xxr rims

This was going for $6,500. Just to give you some perspective here.

Considering how much you're trying to sell your car for, I'm unsure of your capacity for sarcasm/comedy. My apologies.

First three posts spent crapping on someones for sale thread?

You'll do great here.

Edit, to clarify, this was sarcasm.

Well, to be honest, you are selling a car that's been turboed, yet is on a very high mileage engine, on a car with next to no interior, not the greatest exterior, with documented issues/problems, all for a price which seems way too high. Generally I just lurk this forum, but I thought i would just share a what I had seen on the market that was similar. My apologies for being offensive -- I should have toned down the snarkiness.

I am not OP.

But really, no one knows anything about you, and your first grand entrance is to tell a user his car is over priced and in poor condition.

C'mon.

I agree -- which is why I apologized.

However, other people had noted the same thing previously, and I was just trying to give him an example of a local car, that was within the ballpark of his, so he could see what was out there. I should have been more tactful, I 100% agree -- but I didn't exactly come out and say "this is a pile of *%#¥ "

A few people asking about some of the parts but still no commitment to the turbo system despite its incredible (im super humble) pricing.

So whole car is still up for grabs. Original asking price is not accurate. I have come to my senses but I cant edit the title. Open to offers, worst I can say is no, so shoot me some offers. I definitely prefer to sell it whole to avoid the hassle of parting out, pulling things off, shipping, etc so I would probably accept parts value for the car as a whole just to be done with it.

TURBO SYSTEM SOLD, WHOLE CAR NO LONGER AVAILABLE

I may be selling as a roller to someone local, so aftermarket support components will be sold off, and car returned to stock.
