I have a 1994 Mazda Miata for sale, in USA - Florida.

Engine Size: 4.9 V8

This car was advertised in the back of the last GRM. It was built for the GRM $2010 Challenge. This is the info I got from the seller -- seems like it's definitely a low-budget build, but could be a great starting point for someone to get a running 302 Miata and turn it into a legit track car.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the car after reading this. I live near Daytona Beach, FL.

Here the run down on the car.

- The car is a 1994 Miata. The motor is out of an 87 Mustang and is stock with new gaskets through out. Speed Density system.

- BBK headers run forward then under the crossmember, two glass packs then out the back.
- New Melling High Volume Oil Pump. New water pump. New Master and Slave. New Alternator.
- T-5 trans with new clutch.
- Aftermarket BMW M3 Aluminum Radiator.
- Turbo 2 RX-7 limited slip rear end.
- Autopower Spec Miata Roll Cage
- Interior is decent but there is no HVAC, Radio etc. Windows are not there and there is no top. It comes with everything needed for both as far as we can tell.
- Eibach Springs with KYB red adjustables. Flying Miata (we think) front sway bar and stock rear sway.

- Body is decent but there are plenty of scratches, dings and runs in the paint. We accidently ran over the hood the day we were leaving for the race and it is dented and ugly but functional. The tires were rubbing as can be seen in the autocross. We rolled them at the event so they are not perfect.

I was interested in the car but the owner said he was pretty firm on $4k. The car is practically gutted and I dont think anything but a hard top would fit over that roll bar. $3k and Id go and get it.

Is it running right? I figured a 302 in a Miata would be a lot faster than 15.28 I ran a 14.22 on 6psi of boost on my stock engine.
