Car has a rebuilt title because it was stolen a few years ago and the clutch was ruined. The other damage was minor, scratches small dent, but due to the age of the car the insurance company considered it a total loss. Due to all the expensive performance parts. I chose to keep it. I had a new clutch put in and it runs just as it always did. IT WAS NEVER CRASHED! But Utah requires a rebuilt tile process for any car considered a total loss by insurance.

I am In Salt lake city. car is dirty as it have been in storage for winter. I used it as daily driver for the last 4 yrs. runs excellent, except does NOT drive in the snow. I gave my son my 4WD Honda to use and this was a bad snow year, got stuck a few times in my driveway. So I bought a new FAIT 500 turbo front wheel drive. not as Fun but....
Are you sure that car has an FM2 clutch and NB 3 inch exhaust...? Because it looks like you just picked the most expensive FM clutch/exhaust and put it in here...
I could be totally wrong though.

I think so, been a while. I think I have the paperwork. Exhaust was about 800-900$,and it wasn't for a 1996 cause it had to mate to the 2005 turbo flange. clutch maybe 400$. yup spent lots of $$ but got tired of stuck in snow.
I am wrong on the clutch it is FM1 I found the receipt FM item #08-19010. I cant locate the current item #s on their web site for the exhaust FM # 06-58300 downpipe/cat ms cc407 and 06-58305 midpipe muffler b407-c407 resonated midpipe. But it is entire exhaust from manifold to tail pipe.cost $934.

Out of curiosity, did you try dedicated winter tires?
I know folks that DD miatas in the winter in MA and CT and don't have any issues.
You might also want to add your location in the OP.

Sorry, don't check the forum that much. Never put it on a dyno. Probably could use a dyno tune.... just sorta lost interest in the car. We now have five cars between my 2 boys and I so this one has to go.

If you're going to lowball him that badly at least have the decency to do it through PM.
no video, had it to the track here out side of Salt lake a few weeks back but no one to video. Never did the dyno tune. Have it tuned down as my son has been driving it in the past so I never had any need to professionally improve its performance.
