I purchased as a stock Miata back in 10/2009 with the purpose of AutoX competition. But, just lost interest into it. In my opinion this car is in very good conditions and a soon to be classic. .This is a perfect weekend car or everyday car if you enjoy convertibles with extremely low miles!!!!! I change the engine oil and oil filter every 2500 miles. This Miata is equipped with a 5 speed manual transmission, lowered suspension, Tokico shocks, light weight HD tuning wheels, power windows, COLD A/C, Black Interior and power steering. Great on gas. There is NO RUST at all on the car with an LSD rear end.Car recently had a full tune-up and paint job.

The mod list is as follows (it's probably more, Im just going off the top of my head)

FRONT AND REAR STRUT BARS Cobalt
SCCA HARD DOG ROLLBAR HARDCORE
TOKICO SHOCKS
15 LIGHT WEIGHT BALCK HD TUNNING WHEELS
16 BLUE FORGED RACING WHEEL LUG NUTS
NGR SHORT HUB
NGR QUICK REALEASE
NARDI STEERING WHEEL
COLD AIR INTAKE
NEW CROSS DRILLED BRAKE
NEW FRONT BRAKE PADS
KUHMO TIRES
JDM RARE!! TAIL LIGHTS (RED &CLEAR)
WOOD GRAIN DASH &CENTER CONSOLE KIT TRIM
CLEAR SIDE MARKER LIGHTS
JDM REAR STRUT BAR BRACE
JVC CD PLAYER MP3
NEW CLUCTH MASTER CYLINDER
NEW SLAVE CYCLINDER
IGNITION WIRE SET BY COBALT
SPARK PLUGS BY COBALT
NEW ODYSSEY PERFORMACE BATTERY
NEW SPECTRE 3.5 AIR FILTER INTAKE
PERFORMACE EXHAUST SYSTEM BY COBALT

Now, I do want to make clear that the car is not in perfect conditions, please take into consideration that it is a 1997 and the car will have minor wear and tear due to its age. I will try my best to illustrate the car in the pictures below; the top is in bad shape. You can find the convertible top replacement on eBay for about $159.99.
I got 2 RECARO seats that I would throw in for addition $$$.

If there is anything that has been mentioned above that is not to your liking or you want more details on please feel free to contact me and I will try to answer to the best of my knowledge. Feel free to ask any questions that you want. Im ready to answer. More pictures are available upon request. Would make a fun track toy or autox car.

Default weight 1990 pounds...?

R U sure about the weight.

A FWD 1992 Mazda 323 with a BP without A/C nor P/S weights 2300.

I understand is a convertible, but then again it has the drivetrain for rwd.
