Well like I originally posted (before I edited this), I've not heard from the buyer and I'm going to give it another day for a firm committment. If I dont have a firm committment by then, I'm going to seriously consider parting this out. I'll probably make quite a bit more money that way anyways so... we'll see how it goes.

If I end up parting out the car, here is what I'm basically looking at:
Turbo Kit w/hydra ECU $3500.00 (depending on the shape once I remove it) (Retail 5600.00)
CF Hard Top using OEM hardware and glass $1200.00 (Retail over 2K for everything)
Advan Wheels 16x8 +38 w/ 245/35/16 Toyo T1R tires $1100.00 (Retail $2100.00)
FM Dual Feed Fuel Rail w/ Magnaflow FPR and fuel lines $250.00 (Retail 400.00ish)
Everything else, will be decided once I pull it off, and check the conditions as they are all smaller ticket items. And whether or not I sell it will depend if I have the stock parts to replace it with.
The items aren't for sale yet, just wanted to throw the prices out there so people can really gauge whether they will be interested when the time comes or not. Thanks!
Oh and the Advans fit just fine on a 12.5F/R drop without any fender pulling and no rubbing.

Also, kind of wierd nobody asked for engine shots like they seem to for everyone else.. I guess I have a trusting name or something haha.. but here are engine shots.
And a couple closer up of the fuel parts.
I think if I had the time to put the valve cover and the cam gears on this car, it would look really nice... oh well.
