It's back. Still believe the right buyer is here. Fully loaded and fits somewhere between the racetrack and aggressive street. Paint and body is 8.5-9 out of 10. Some minor imperfections but no dings or dents. Going to be very painful to let this go and not in a huge hurry to sell. Lots of factory new parts, completely reworked suspension and driveline. I'm probably going to forget things below - happy to answer questions on the build or update. Engine internals have not been upgraded - long story but everything else has. No AC, no PS.

Reason: Back for sale
Thanks Lokiel. I already do feel like I would miss it but would find more happiness if it was in the hands of someone who drove it more. I've owned this one for 6 years now and put less than 4k miles on it through the build.
Replied Curly.
Few other notes. Realized I had a typo in both the title and the post. Turbo is an EFR 6758.
Service history - I just did an annual oil & filter change. Car drove ~1k in the past year or so.. Garaged 100%. Started and driven at least every week and maintained with a battery tender occasionally.
Forgotten mods that are installed
Singular 3" front brake duct/shields
Paco strong-arms
Poly exhaust hangers
Spares/Extras to be included as I clean things out. None of these are on the car currently.
ATI balancer w/ 36-2 wheel. (basically new, installed on a previous motor but never run)
ARP headstuds (same as above)
ARP main studs (same as above)
Wilwood dual master cyl (never installed)
Sadfab bronze bushing kit. (never installed)
I'm the buyer - I paid the asking price. Here's why:
the list of parts is not trivial or cheap, as anyone putting together one of these babies knows. To me financially it boiled down to whether they were installed competently and the car had not been *** raped afterwards, and I spend a lot of time with the seller on the phone, getting info, pics, and vids, then decided to fly from South Carolina to San Diego to take a look.
Ends up the seller and are both Mechanical Engineers, I could tell nothing had been half-assed together and all the parts and the over all condition was as represented. I was able to look at it up on stands, in every nook and cranny and drive it for about 45 mins. So I paid the man his money and took off on the *** torture adventure drive from San Diego to South Carolina.
Observations:
Tillet seats are comfortable for about an hour. Not for 8. And even not for 14, which is how long I was on the road yesterday. All good, no coolant leaks, no oil leaks, no smoke out of the wiring leaks, no parts fell off. Cruises great at 4-4.5k on the highway. Used about a pint of oil in 1300 miles at 4300 rpm avg. Idle did become a problem - I think it developed an exhaust leak which causes AFR to go nuts at idle. So left foot braking tickling pedal is required to keep it running at stop lights.
700/400 Xidas on full soft slightly lowered are great. Depowered racks are great. 949 twin discs are the shiz. EFR 6758's on a Trackspeed mani are the shiz. (seller installed a switch for 6 psi gate or ~ 12 psi EBC. I've left it on gate for the trip across because I wanted to make it home with all teeth on all gears. A Miata w a 6 psi 6758 aint a dog.)
But I'm in Ft Worth now, and there is this outfit in Ft Worth some of you may have heard of? Walter Motorsports? They make Miata "stuff." So they are "checking for exhaust leaks." That's all I'm saying.
