The bad:
*HEI module messed up, easy and cheap to fix:

* Gas meter not working, so you don't know how much gas is left in the tank. However, there will be a warning light if the gas is low.
* A hole on the exhaust pipe needs to be welded.
Other than that, the car drives excellent.
Asking $1200 for the miata folks.
