Very sad news. Sounds like it was likely an RPG. Bad day.

 

Wardak... that is where I was. That province was the most active one while I was there. About 50 near ambushes, 20 RPG attacks, 50 mortar attacks, and too many harrassment fires to count agaist my team alone. **** is definitely hot there.

Really sucks when something like this happens. You get the feeling that those spec ops guys can't be touched over there. So kind of an eye opener when you hear it happen to them.
