Seller required this form. I have to certify under penalty of perjury that I will only use race gas in a competition event. CARB requires that race gas be only used in "true competition vehicles".

There is 100 octane unleaded race gas that's street legal and sold at various pumps.
What I love is that CARB has all these rules, but my local police department can’t do a damn thing about the street racers and ********* who drill holes in their exhausts to create obnoxious after-fires (practically at idle) because of lack of officers.
So yeah CARB, write some more rules that are going to do f-all. That’ll show em.
