funny said coming from a citizen of country founded on a revoluntion over a miniscul amount of taxes. The problem is not generally paying the reasonable taxes, but what the taxes/debt are spent on.

i agree it's stupid, but then again, so is minimum wage.

I believe people like him don't want to pay taxes b/c there greedy. I believe poorer people who support the "don't tax the rich more" support that view b/c they have some vain belief that they too may one day become rich, which isn't gonna happen by playing the scratch off. Tax money should be spent wisely, but b/c it isn't always spent in the best way is not a reason to abolish taxation. To me, that's as crazy an idea as communism, maybe some aspects are kinda nice in principle, but in practice things don't turn out as planned.

I do not have a faint idea that I am going be rich someday, I will be rich or well well off in the future. This fucks want to keep sucking on the government tittie for as far as they can, and someone has to pay for it right?

Holy fuck. I don't mind a mistake here and there, but I see you do this all over the forums and it's really fucking irritating. Sometimes it's a mistake because people type fast. But you do it so much it's clearly just a lack of understanding. It's not hard.

There
Their
They're

FUCKING LEARN IT. Do you really expect anyone to take you seriously if you can't figure it out?

Braineack 11-29-2011 08:20 PM

he's preparing for new speak.

gearhead_318 11-29-2011 10:23 PM

Y U SO MEAN TO ME? Yeah, I know I do that. But like you said, I type fast so... eh.

There: OMFG LOOK OVER THERE

Their: That is their car, not ours.

They're: Did you know they're going to the bank?

You're lucky people don't type out all the um, uh, soooo, like, ya know?

90% of the quarterly earnings calls that I've listened to...I can't get through more than 5 minutes [edit: of the off the cuff Q&A sessions] before I can't concentrate on a word they've said because they use so many filler words and hesitations. Helps you really understand that the idiots up top are just as educated or socially awkward as the idiots down below.

Welllll, maybe they're not all that bad. It is annoying though.

Example: Scroll to 31 minutes and start counting...uh...uh...uh...ya know...NO I DON'T KNOW, THAT'S WHY I ASKED THE QUESTION...ya know?

TRENDING: Perry flubs U.S. voting age

Posted by
CNN Political Producer Rachel Streitfeld
Manchester, New Hampshire (CNN) – Rick Perry flubbed both the country's voting age and the date of the upcoming presidential election at a speech to a group of college students in Manchester Tuesday.

The Texas governor told students in the audience he'd appreciate their vote if they were turning 21 by Nov. 12.

They need to stick a sock in this guys mouth before the party loses all hope. He's becoming the male version Sarah Palin.

I believe this is a video we can all agree on.

Also, am I the last person to hear about this?

Braineack 11-30-2011 08:46 AM

I agree with his Occupy video completely, but for one point. The limit of congress to pass a law prevent the right to assemble does not equal the right to occupy.
