I have had an epiphany.
It occurred while listening to Pomplamoose featuring dodie. When Brainey mockingly refers to the "mainstream media," he's not talking about the Associated Press, the Times, the Post, or the BBC. Because those are the Old Guard. He's talking about the very "publications" which I dismiss as wannabees; Huffington Post, Breitbart, Daily Beast, etc. Not news-reporting agencies, but aggregation / commentary agencies. Because that's what young folks consider to be "news" today. Sokath, his eyes uncovered. |
