Afghan Democracy failed because they live in such a way that it is difficult for an organized government to exist there. Its cultural. We are talking about a country that can't handle daylight savings time so they are permanently a half our off. This is just one factor that adds difficulty to stabilizing such a country.

In other news, 175 rebels (read: Al Qaeda fighters) where killed on one single attack. Looks like most of them where killed in the initial explosion, maybe a few more after words by small arms.

Detroit:

Detroit Police Chief tells homeowners don

Detroit street thugs and hood rats better beware, because unlike other cities like New York where you may get arrested for defending your family in your home, the Motor City is not one of those cities. That’s because the city’s top cop has given homeowners the green light to light up those street punks with hot lead and a possible coroner’s ride to the morgue if they entertain the thought of breaking into your home and castle, according to the Blaze.
I'm really loving this new guy James Craig.

Man planning to sue his rescuers possibly in the country illegally | The Daily Caller

The man who is planning to sue the rescuers who saved his life from a submerged car for $500,000 is likely in the country illegally, according to a comment given by the man’s lawyer to Fox News’ Gretchen Carlson.

Colorado rescuers saved Roy Ortiz from a submerged car in September, but now, Ortiz and his lawyer Ed Ferszt have filed an intent to sue the very first responders who saved Ortiz’s life. Why? Because they believe the rescue took two hours because the divers did not know Ortiz was alive in the flipped car.

he NYPD runs an intelligence agency that is even more secretive, and practically as corrupt as the NSA. They even fly their own intelligence officers to the scene of terrorist attacks overseas (and interfere with real investigations). What's more, the NYPD has invented its own, extra-legal system of "classified" documents that it has unilaterally decided it doesn't have to provide to the public in response to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

Shawn Musgrave used Muckrock sent the NYPD a FOIA request for its FOIA manual -- the guidelines by which it decides whether or not it will obey the law requiring it to share its internal workings with the public who pay for them -- only to have the NYPD refuse to provide it, because it is "privileged attorney-client work-product."

As Musgrave says, "Handbooks and training materials hardly qualify as 'confidential communications,' particularly when the subject matter is transparency itself."

Report: EPA tested deadly pollutants on humans to push agenda | The Daily Caller

The Environmental Protection Agency has been conducting dangerous experiments on humans over the past few years in order to justify more onerous clean air regulations.

The agency conducted tests on people with health issues and the elderly, exposing them to high levels of potentially lethal pollutants, without disclosing the risks of cancer and death, according to a newly released government report.

Obama calls for higher wage with Senate candidate

Highlights include.

"Gary is concerned that too many Michigan middle-class families and those aspiring to get there are struggling right now, so he is glad to see President Obama take on such an important issue like raising the minimum wage because it will make a difference to Michiganders," said Peters campaign spokeswoman Haley Morris.

Obama wants to increase the hourly minimum wage from $7.25 to $10.10 as part of an election-year economic agenda focused on working families. The White House says that would benefit more than 970,000 workers in Michigan.

"This is not just good policy," Obama told Democratic governors at a White House meeting in February. "It also happens to be good politics, because the truth of the matter is the overwhelming majority of Americans think that raising the minimum wage is a good idea. That is true for independents, that is true for Democrats, and it's true for Republicans."

Really???

ugghh
I am worried, very worried.
