if Russia really wanted to influence the election, they'd have donated to the Hillary campaign like the rest of the middle east. Then they'd order Debbie Wasserman-Schultz to like rig things and stuffs.

I've yet to see proof that Russia released anything, and Assange from Wikileaks said that disgusted Dems were the leakers, not Russia. Not that they aren't a complete ass-pain, but Putin has run circles around Obama for 8 years. Embarrassing.

Let's assume, just for the sake of this one conversation, that they did. We'll pretend that Vladimir Putin himself personally hacked into US-based computers and published their contents for all to see, while receiving an especially competent blowjob from Krisina Svechinskaya.

(Or, maybe Svechinskaya did the hacking while Putin performed cunnilingus. More plausible that way.)

So, the thing that people are angry about is that Russia exposed evidence of fraud and other crimes perpetuated by US citizens, in the US, during a presidential campaign and election.

Hans Christian Andersen much?

Seriously, Istanbul? It's only been 2017 for a few hours, and we already have fucking Santa Claus rampaging through a nightclub with a rifle?!?

This is why we can't have nice things.

^ Yeah, that's pretty frigging sad. Poor families.

Re: Election tampering
No polling devices or computers were hacked and yet the media incessantly refers to it as the Russians hacking our election and altering the results. This did not occur in the way they wish to have it portrayed. Talking points from the Democrat Party are obvious and designed to try to discredit legitimacy of incoming officials.

Kettle, meet pot. Obama directed our US State Department to spend $350,000 of your tax dollars with an Israeli marketing agency to get Benjamin Netanyahu defeated in the recent election in Israel because Obama didn't like him.

By Stephen Dinan - The Washington Times - Tuesday, July 12, 2016
The State Department paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxpayers grants to an Israeli group that used the money to build a campaign to oust Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in last year’s Israeli parliamentary elections, a congressional investigation concluded Tuesday.

Some $350,000 was sent to OneVoice, ostensibly to support the group’s efforts to back Israeli-Palestinian peace settlement negotiations. But OneVoice used the money to build a voter database, train activists and hire a political consulting firm with ties to President Obama’s campaign — all of which set the stage for an anti-Netanyahu campaign, the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations said in a bipartisan staff report.
So, let's talk about a government officially interfering in another country's free election using state funds and resources.

Meet the Americans liberals want to take your money and give to:

remember, if you disagree, youre racist.

mgeoffriau 01-05-2017 09:55 AM

Setting aside for a moment the larger cultural implications of this story...

...what possesses some people to commit felonies and then record and share them on social media? For a moment I considered the notoriety or infamy angle, but this is a group of 4 or 5 people, and while their actions were horrifying, they were particularly audacious, clever, or otherwise noteworthy. I also considered how certain serial criminals will purposely leave clues or make contact with police. But generally this is done by individuals who have a psychological dependence on demonstrating their superiority over the police, and who are gratified by escaping by increasingly narrow margins.

Is it terrorism? Terrorists work in groups, and publicize their crimes. And I guess I could see that they might be trying to encourage others to similar acts of violence as some kind of political or cultural protest, but the attitude displayed seems like a much more casual "F*ck whitey" kind of thing than any kind of actual political or cultural statement.

What's the point here? What possesses 4 or 5 people to discuss and agree on the idea of kidnapping and torturing someone and then publicizing their actions?

they mad, bro.

rofl:

Chicago police say they don’t believe a man beaten in an assault broadcast live on Facebook was targeted because he was white.

Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said Thursday morning that charges are expected soon against four black suspects. Guglielmi says the suspects made “terrible racist statements” during the attack, but that investigators believe the victim was targeted because he has special needs, not because of his race.

Guglielmi says it’s possible the suspects were trying to extort something from the victim’s family.

Video from Chicago media outlets appears to show someone off-camera using profanities about “white people” and President-elect Donald Trump. Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said Wednesday that the victim has mental health challenges, and he called the video “sickening.”

yup, sounds like the place Barrack is from.

So, Jackson, MS is about to have it's own little Zimmerman trial.

Short version is that back in July, a "troubled teen" attempted to break into a parked car at an oil shop. The VP of the oil shop sees him and confronts him with a handgun. After a short scuffle, the guy shoots the kid and kills him. His story is that he gave the kid a chance to leave and the kid decided to engage and attempted to take the handgun away instead.

At the time, the cops took his statement and released him with no charges. Now he has been indicted for 1st degree murder.

Local news blog summary of the situation: Jackson Jambalaya: Was it murder? We report, you decide.

And the video. The confrontation starts around 3:45, I've got this starting a bit earlier so you can see the break-in attempt first.

What do you guys think? The first time I watched the video, I thought any decent jury will let him walk -- you can't clearly see who engages first, but the video doesn't contradict his story. But after rewatching it a few times, it sure looks like the guy actually shoots after disengaging and backing away, while the kid is still laying on the ground. I don't know whether that was justified or not -- maybe you can't see the first shot and those are just reflexive second and third shots as he's moving back, or maybe the kid was getting up and coming after him. But I do think it opens more opportunity for an unfriendly jury to find him guilty.

However, I also wonder if this is going to parallel the Zimmerman trial in overreaching with the charges, in going for 1st degree murder rather than manslaughter.

Braineack 01-05-2017 04:11 PM

hope the guy doesnt have an all racist black jury.

it clearly doesn't violate a 1st degree murder code.

the entire code: http://law.justia.com/codes/mississi...ection-97-3-19

the relevant code:

(1) The killing of a human being without the authority of law by any means or in any manner shall be murder in the following cases:

(a) When done with deliberate design to effect the death of the person killed, or of any human being, shall be first-degree murder;

(b) is a 2nd degree charge
(c) this killing wasnt done during the commission of a felony
(d) no unborn children were killed.
(2) deals with capital murder only.

problem with (a) is, there was no deliberate design here. he caught a dude robbing his his car, and ended up shooting him when the moron attacked someone with a gun.

The prosecuter charging him with this crime should be charged with a crime.

Ryan_G 01-05-2017 04:24 PM

It is incredibly hard to tell what exactly is happening due to the angle of the camera. However, they charged him with first degree murder which is clearly a stretch and on that basis alone with avoid a conviction unless the jury has the option to convict for a lesser charge. It was clearly not premeditated as the entire incident was instigated by the attempted break-in. At best you have 2nd degree murder but I think the most supportive evidence in that video is where the kid runs around the front of the vehicle completely by himself and then proceeds to the back of the vehicle where the shop manager would be located with the gun. He had a clear opportunity to leave and avoid further confrontation. The fact that he goes back around the car and the next thing we can see is them struggling would make me lean toward the conclusion that the kid was further escalating the confrontation. The shop manager didn't even fire the gun until they were already struggling with the gun in his hand which seems to show some restraint to me. Without any other evidence supporting another view point I wouldn't convict.

Without being able to hear anything, I'm not confident he shot the gun while backing away, but it definitely looks like he fired one or two rounds while gangstaluvin was trying to pull him to the ground.

"Did the first gunshot make you slam on your brakes?" might be a deciding question when asked to fat betty. I'm also curious as to why she came flying in off of the road, as she wasn't making a premeditated visit. Was it to help the poor store owner whose property was being vandalized, or was it to help gangasluvin beat back white oppression? She certainly seemed more "black momma protect mode" when she opened the door to get out of the truck while it was still rolling to a stop than she seemed panicked that a gun was going off nearby. Also, doesn't MS have a seatbelt law?

Braineack 01-06-2017 07:34 AM

remember, if you repeal obamacare, or vote for trump, or are white, you are racist.

if you say fuck white people, kidnap and torture them, you're just young and stupid -- definitely not evil.
