According to Fox 5 San Diego, the unidentified officer was investigating a traffic collision. At one point, the officer became involved in a struggle with a pedestrian. A single gunshot was fired, and the officer was struck in his right thigh. He is listed as in serious, but stable condition. |

Not only did police sit around while they let the kid go on a rampage, they actively prevented attempts to save children/stop killer.

After all the new details have been made public this am, I officially believe the police wanted this kid to murder more than 20 children and are very much complicit.
