Pull your pants up, or jail.

http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/footbal...n=ncaaf-wp2673

On Wednesday, San Francisco police got a call about 9 a.m. that someone was exposing himself outside a US Airways gate, Sgt. Michael Rodriguez said.

An airline employee spotted Marman before he boarded Flight 488, bound for Albuquerque, and complained that Marman's pants "were below his buttocks but above the knees, and that much of his boxer shorts were exposed," Rodriguez said.

The employee asked Marman to pull up his pants before he boarded the plane, but he refused, Rodriguez said. Marman allegedly repeated his refusal after taking his seat on the plane.

"At that point he was asked to leave the plane," Rodriguez said. "It took 15 to 20 minutes of talking to get him to leave the plane, and he was arrested for trespassing." Marman allegedly resisted officers as he was being led away.

"I'd rather embarrass myself, miss my flight, and go to jail than pull my pants up."

- That guy

18psi 06-16-2011 05:19 PM

lol
his anus is going to find out the consequences of having your pants down in jail

buffon01 06-16-2011 05:23 PM

Big lol @ "he was a target of racial profiling" boo hoo

jacob300zx 06-16-2011 05:23 PM

As much as I think it looks ridiculous, its his right to sag those pants if he wants. His butt was still clothed with boxer. Next will be jail for flip flops...

Would it then be acceptable to sag your pants while wearing a man thong? I mean technically, you would still be wearing underwear...

kotomile 06-16-2011 05:26 PM

No, his "right" was in conflict with airline policy, therefore he was in the wrong. Who says it's his right to show his underwear to all of the other passengers?

If flip-flops were against airline policy then yeah, but they aren't. (I fly in flip flops whenever I can. Breeze through security.) I don't wear flip flops are the go-kart track though, because it's against the rules.

On MT, that's actually encouraged:giggle:

Flying is a priviledge, not a right. You don't want to deal with their bullshit, you don't fly. Other than that you're pretty much the airlines bitch

jacob300zx 06-16-2011 05:59 PM

lol, tell that to the lawyers. I bet he gets paid...

Where is the right to wear whatever you want enumerated in the US Constitution?

His "right" to wear what he wants end on the private property of the airline. If he wants to sag drawers, he can drive or take the bus.

If I am being loud and obnoxious and disturbing other people in a restaurant, the management should be able to ask me to leave. They are not infringing on my (actual Constitutional) right to free speech...

buffon01 06-16-2011 06:14 PM

The funny thing (not really is rather sad in my opinion) is that I bet my big left nut this douche will be filing a civil suit against this airline. AND will be basing his claim on "racism" in behalf of the airline to him.

Mark my words.

18psi 06-16-2011 06:27 PM

it doesn't matter that these braindead fucking chimpanzees walk around looking like they shit themselves, if you don't like it, or don't want to see their ass/boxers, you're wasis

Private property and he was asked to leave. When he refused, that's where he gets arrested.

FRT_Fun 06-16-2011 07:09 PM

Ignorant people are ignorant. Glad he got kicked off. I'm 99% sure this guy is worthless to society. And not because he is black.

1. His mother is clearly dumb based on her statements.
2. Murdered friend (drugs/crime related probably)
3. No sense of proper "In public" clothing.
4. No regard for other passengers.
5. Resisted arrested.
6. He's black.

Faeflora 06-16-2011 07:28 PM

Plane has right to let whom they want fly. They should even be able to choose to only let the Faeflora fly. In public though, dude wasn't violating indecent rexposure laws. Those are dumb anyways. Who gives a shit? You puritanical fucks?

That said personally I think choosing to dress like that lets the world know that you need to be put down because you're contaminating the damn gene pool.

kenzo42 06-16-2011 08:41 PM

I've only seen this extreme sagging in SF for some reason.

jacob300zx 06-16-2011 08:42 PM

I agree that he looked like a douche. What I dont agree with is their decision to tell him to pull his pants up. If he wasnt showing crack who gives a shit. How many thong wail tails have you seen at the airport? The point is, they had no reason to bother this guy. It would be the same if they told me to tie my shoe, I'd say fuck you its my shoe.

And you have every right to tell them that. And then they'd tell you to get the fuck out. And you'd have to or you'd join this guy in jail. Quite simple really.

jacob300zx 06-16-2011 09:20 PM

18psi, tell the next Honda kid in your shop to pull his pants up or get out.

Its not wrong to tell somebody to leave when they are loud, fighting, cussing, naked, etc. Its wrong to pick out someones "style" to kick out. If they kicked out a guy for tatoo's or piercing would that be ok? What about having a t shirt with a greyhound bus on it? What about someone with an NRA hat? What about someone with Kitty getting sucked into a turbo sticker on their bag? What about the opposite say pants up so high its splitting the ball sack?

I can think of 15 worse outfits that wouldn't get a second look. Where do you draw the line? If the guy was showing ass and wouldn't comply then hell yeah kick him off the plane. I agree that he has no "right" to fly, but we all have the right to be treated fairly in a public setting/business. Just like 18psi has no "right" to post on this forum. If he got banned for living in NorCal I bet he would be pissed...

I agree with you. Anyone should be able to wear their pants like that walking down the street. However, the airline is a private business and they can do whatever the fuck they want, and I'd do the same thing if I were CEO.

Businesses can choose to make/not make money with whatever customer base they want.

FRT_Fun 06-16-2011 09:42 PM

What it comes down to is what a *reasonable person* would find offensive. You can't claim that someone wearing a plain white shirt is offensive, because that is unreasonable. No reasonable person would be offended by that. That goes along with all of the examples posted above...

If someone complains about something being offensive, and it is a reasonable claim then fix it or GTFO. I don't see many people complaining about a girl dressing slutty, but I bet if by all reasonable standards she was dressed inappropriate for an airplane she would get asked to leave, or change.

With that being said, in this dudes case, I'd probably laugh at him looking like a dumbass, but complaining and having him asked to leave is kind of overboard. Maybe a warning "Don't wear something like this again." would suffice. Then if he got rowdy throw his ass off.

jacob300zx 06-16-2011 09:44 PM

I agree with the business having rights as well. I just think it was handled poorly and to the extreeme. If I was CEO Hustler would be on the do not serve wine list just for shits. I'm with FRTfun.

How about something simple like, "Excuse me sir, approximately 6" of your underwear is being exposed. Based on our company's perogative and for the comfort of our other guests, we would greatly appreciate it if you would pull up your pants. Thank you so much for your cooperation." :)

And then his response is probably a 20-minute :hustler: :vash: about how he can wear his pants however he wants and no one can tell him what to do and he has a "right" to wear whatever he wants, where ever he wants.

Who is more ridiculous? The airline or the guy who can't just pull up his pants and tighten his belt?

FRT_Fun 06-17-2011 08:16 AM

This is America.. the big bad company is wrong. He deserves millions of dollars for mental hardship.

Doppelgänger 06-17-2011 08:35 AM

Thank fucking God someone finally took action on one of these fucking shitbag hoodrats. I'm sick of seeing that shit and they only do it because it causes controversy. The bigger deal it's made into, they more the love it. Fuck that shit. The only thing I don't mind about those faux-thugs is that you'll never catch them trying to get away from anything quickly....too busy pulling pants up to run.
