Pull your pants up, or jail.

On Wednesday, San Francisco police got a call about 9 a.m. that someone was exposing himself outside a US Airways gate, Sgt. Michael Rodriguez said.
An airline employee spotted Marman before he boarded Flight 488, bound for Albuquerque, and complained that Marman's pants "were below his buttocks but above the knees, and that much of his boxer shorts were exposed," Rodriguez said.
The employee asked Marman to pull up his pants before he boarded the plane, but he refused, Rodriguez said. Marman allegedly repeated his refusal after taking his seat on the plane.
"At that point he was asked to leave the plane," Rodriguez said. "It took 15 to 20 minutes of talking to get him to leave the plane, and he was arrested for trespassing." Marman allegedly resisted officers as he was being led away.

Would it then be acceptable to sag your pants while wearing a man thong? I mean technically, you would still be wearing underwear...
No, his "right" was in conflict with airline policy, therefore he was in the wrong. Who says it's his right to show his underwear to all of the other passengers?
If flip-flops were against airline policy then yeah, but they aren't. (I fly in flip flops whenever I can. Breeze through security.) I don't wear flip flops are the go-kart track though, because it's against the rules.

Flying is a priviledge, not a right. You don't want to deal with their bullshit, you don't fly. Other than that you're pretty much the airlines bitch
His "right" to wear what he wants end on the private property of the airline. If he wants to sag drawers, he can drive or take the bus.

If I am being loud and obnoxious and disturbing other people in a restaurant, the management should be able to ask me to leave. They are not infringing on my (actual Constitutional) right to free speech...
The funny thing (not really is rather sad in my opinion) is that I bet my big left nut this douche will be filing a civil suit against this airline. AND will be basing his claim on "racism" in behalf of the airline to him.
Mark my words.
Mark my words.

Ignorant people are ignorant. Glad he got kicked off. I'm 99% sure this guy is worthless to society. And not because he is black.
1. His mother is clearly dumb based on her statements.
2. Murdered friend (drugs/crime related probably)
3. No sense of proper "In public" clothing.
4. No regard for other passengers.
5. Resisted arrested.
6. He's black.

Plane has right to let whom they want fly. They should even be able to choose to only let the Faeflora fly. In public though, dude wasn't violating indecent rexposure laws. Those are dumb anyways. Who gives a ****? You puritanical *****?
That said personally I think choosing to dress like that lets the world know that you need to be put down because you're contaminating the damn gene pool.
