Do you favor Federal trials for captured terrorist suspects like Khalid Sheikh Mohammed over military tribunals?

What is a terrorist?
this is a serious question and i want serious answers from a few people at least
i really want to know how you guys would define terrorism/terrorist

some of you may know where i am going with this
others may figure out where i am going with this

please dont let the cat out of the bag until we get at least a few peoples definition of what a terrorist is
