I was on the way back from my buddies house the other night and was just driving the speed limit. I pull up to a red light and see a nice 01 cobra next to me, two dudes in the car. I looked over for a sec and then when the light turned green I pulled away slowly. In 2nd gear I decided to hammer and I got all sideways....then we pulled up to the next red light. I must have gotten their attention because they kinda gave me a little look like "wtf was that mate". So when this light turns green I let them get ahead a little bit and just keep giving them BOV until they just dropped the hammer. I was in 4th gear @ 3700rpm and just mashed the gas...By the time I was at 6000rpm they were 4 cars behind... I didnt even downshift, I just mashed the gas, so much for turbo lag right Just wanted you guys to know, thought you would like to hear about mustangs getting straight rolled. I was on 10psi too, it could have been much worse:gay:

 

They probably assumed you had a V8 swap

HAHA nice Andy. A guy the other day in a firebird tried to race me. Automatic I believe and a v6 on top of that( i know it isn't a worthy opponent but with his attitude I just had to shut him down). He had his shades on even though it was pretty over cast... you know trying to get the cool look. Looked over at me at a red light and laughed. Light turned green and he took off quick. I gave him about 3 cars length before I hit it. Flew by him and when he got up next to me at the other light he wouldn't look over even though I was waving to him. Pretty funny stuff

Yeh those gt's really have nothing anywhere.... little bit if slicked down and gear'd but that's only good till they fall on their face in 3rd.. Buddy has been beating on this chicks 01 gt and it really is so unimpressive being the muscle car that it is. Just make ya upset when it can't even spin 2nd...

Nice. I was just thinking today how nice 13psi is at 4k... and how small it makes 5th gear. I really want a 3.6 rear.

I havent....we play Wii Sports almost all the time. We love us some Wii Bowling and the golf can also be very challenging. If we get all wii'ed out then we do a little 4 player ncaa 07, ******* fun game w/ 4 people.
