I am going to have my intercooler piping welded up this week but, I have a snag. I am not really near my car and I need to order some aluminum tube so I can have a functioning IACV port welded into the IC piping. I have everything in place and ready to be cut but, I forgot to get the measurement. Could someone that has a 90-93 car or someone who knows what size tube I should order chime in. Giving away free

 

I used 5/8 hose barb and hose, it's a really tight fit.

 

So how much smaller should one go? 5/8 is a super common size and that sucks it's such a tight fit. I would like to not fight hoses with this build if I can. I get super pissed off.
