You can build a kit from parts or buy a kit from fm, bell engineering, racing mazda, etc. A good amount of information can be found by using the search function on this site and miata.net forums.

The Miata aftermarket is going through some transitions at the moment, but within a few months, you should be able to buy an FM turbo, a BEGi turbo (possibly avail. now), a Racing Mazda turbo (you may be able to buy these already) and possibly a BRP turbo kit (several have them already, but they're currently not advertised on the site.

Additional upgrades depend on power output. At 170 rwhp you'll probably need nothing on a 99 miata. After 170 rwhp, clutch and PP need to be upgraded. Over 200 rwhp, and you might need to upgrade the cooling system. Over 240 rwhp and a 99 car will most probably need internal engine upgrades. (Connecting rods seem to be the weak link on the 99-01 cars.) Also above 240 rwhp, the 5 speed tranmissions sometimes fail. Apparently, the 6 speed is a bit more durable, from what I've heard. Drive with mechanical empathy and the 5 speed should be fine.
