Default NC Turbo manifold Idea

Hey guys.

I had an NC come into the shop the other day, and when I was on the test drive it reminded me how much I wanted one. The only thing I dont like about the car is the serious lack of power.

Id love to turbo one, but the only option is BEGI which is like 3500 plus tuning and injectors.

So I saw Goodwin's setup.

Which reminded me of the placement of a Mazdaspeed 3 turbo.

Looks like it would be the same front to back, but me mounted slightly farther away from the block and higher, looks like it may work though.

Then stumbled on a cheap ebay one. Looks like it would mount the turbo higher and slighter farther forward.

may not work/

What do you guys think? Would they work, or why am I wrong.

Pointing cyl. 1 and 4 directly at each other.... that'll be good for spool.

Jeebus, is there really that much room around the exhaust side of the NC block for a turbo, or is that thing modified at all? I honestly haven't paid attention to the NC that much.
