AFM locations problem

im having trouble finding space for my AFM. the car is a red 1991. i havent made the air pipes yet because i cant figure out where to put the AFM. it wont fit anywhere within reach of the stock wires. the only place i found that might have to work is basically resting it on the PS pump at an angle and running the filter in the space between the lowere debrie gaurd and the motor (yes all the way down there). pics of your setup would be great. any ideas concerning my problems would be fantastic.

p.s. at this junction of the build the cars name came to me. (bet you wondered why i mentioned the color before) this car is now known to my freinds and i as the memroid; it has become a little red pain in my ass.

Phil that looks like an excellent location and I like how it's not made of fail like the way GReddy does it. Where did you find the red according-like tubing and how well does it hold a vacuum seal?

I got it from auto-zone and it seals perfectly. However i am going to replace it eventually because im sure with the ridges the air flow isnt very smooth. It was only a few bucks and works just fine for now. Im going to eventually order a silicone coupler to replace it.

Your set up looks real nice. Where did you hide the charcol cannister or did you just ditch it? Also curious about vac lines one way valves going to it and to the power brake, did you use some?
