Default Altering the timing?

Hi,
Nearly done with my 5 PSI turbo build. Ive been told I need to alter the timing. I wont be running any systems to prevent knock so some advice on the timing would be great and also, exactly how do I do it?? Should I run the car on normal unleaded at 95 RON or super unleaded at 98?
Many Thanks, Andy

I had no issues with this boost level from a JRSC M45 W/O I/C, 98 RON Gas and my car is a ´01 with 10:1 CR.

Will help if you do more details about your car/engine year and displacement, also if you run an I/C or not.

I will recommend you to use the higher octane fuel, if possible.

So long.
Ben.
