Hey All,

Currently in the process of megasquirting my 1992 1.6, stock engine.

I believe i have the correct settings in my ECU, i have attached the tune below, it's mostly a basemap from megasquirtpnp.com.

The timing is at 10 degrees.

Couple things:

It's a megasquirt 2 v3 DIY, bought it secondhand, used to power a supercharged NB.

I made the wiring to the following diagram: https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ndalone_ms.jpg
When i connect the 5v ref, the lights on the MS dim. when i disconnect it, the left en right LED light up fully.
I also haven't connected the TPS,IAC,EBC, Tach and fuel wires. I did hotwire the fuel pump in the engine bay, i can hear it running when i turn the key.

The Throttle position is slowly rising in tunerstudio, this stops when i touch a ground wire to the TPS wire, am i suppposed to connect the ground wire to the TPS wire?

I'm assuming the engine would start and run without the IAC, it just wouldn't idle by itself?

Any help is appreciated, i'm stumped at what to do next.

You need to wire in the tps and tach. It will idle without the IAC but will idle much better hooked up. Ill review your tune when i get home

When it's turning over is the tach reading rpms in Tunerstudio or is it at 0?

Didn't get the time to check yesterday, Tunerstudio doesn't read any RPM, nor does the gauge in the car.

Another thing, the TPS keeps climbing steadily, when i press the gas all the way, the TPS percentage goes back down to 0, only to start rising again.
