I have a manual boost controller, it dosnt do **** the way its hooked up. how is supposed to be done. its this one

im using the supplied t fitting with the check valve. and the other end is vented to atmosphere like it was when i got it. maybe 4-5 psi, **** does nothing.

do a search on manual boost controller, I think it's been gone over extensively before.
