Default Any in detail threads about 1.8 mk2 turbo

I know this gets asked a lot but im curently reading up on turboing my MX5 this for this year and would like to know what in your opinion is the most detailed thread/post on here that would help me in my quest for more POWWWARRRRRRR.

im a compleate noob and doing this as a learning exsperiance. so far i have worked out mainifold - going to make my own. turbo - going down scrap yard and picking one up cheep that works. intercooler - going for a cheep ebay one and i cant see much going wrong with some tubes at the end of that day.

So the only thing im stuck on is really is the safty aspect so i dont blow up the engine. and the fuel manigment. all help will be thanked. i have already had a look over the sticky on the fourm witch gave a lot of infomation but im more of a photo learning person and like to see it.

cheers guys and hope to get to know you lot

Step 1: Introduce yourself and your car (with pics, preferably with a cat in them) in the meet and greet forum.

Step 2: Search and read.

Step 3: Search and read.

Step 4: Search and read.

Step 5: Ask questions you could have found answers to if you had searched and read enough.

Step 6: Take abuse from forum members for failing at steps 2 through 4.

Browse all the DIY turbo build threads. There are plenty that have pictures, including mine.

Go read the Sticky again. When you're done, read it once more
