How many consider their cars "finished"?

I have a to-do list for my car that isn't short. Who here either doesn't have anything on their list, or anything on the list is just repairs for broken things?

I have a bunch of goodies coming so hopefully I'll be finished for the most part by the end of May. Thankfully the list is getting shorter.

I will be finished when I'm bored with the car and sell it. Which will hopefully be never.

I had planned to do two things this year, roll bar and suspension and I did em both. I am officially done. I just need to get my LC1 back from warranty.

I'll never be "done". One project simply leads to another and the car continually evolves.

At some point I may move on to either really old school iron for vintage racing, or a rally car, but the miata will never be "done". It can always be faster.

One finished, one in process, one good as is, but maybe I'll do something else to it.

oh geez, finished. Oil cooler, full cage, COPs, MSPNP, the car can always be lighter, finally getting R-comps, brake ducting, wing, splitter, hood ducting, new paint eventually, bigger turbo, new manifold, 2-2.5" intercooler piping, 3" exhaust, get rid of cat, paint interior, better/stiffer suspension, passenger seat & harness, it never stops.

I made a list the other day of things I "need" to do to my car, and things I'd "like" to do soon. This isn't even the way out there stuff, and the first list was 20 items long, the second over 30. I would consider it done to me after that, but things will likely change before I check all these boxes complete.

My toys will never be “Finished” I have a shed full of parts to install already, and the list of modifications I want to make keeps growing every day. Being away from my toys 338 days a year has made it hard to get them where I want. Sure I could pay some one to work on them wile I am away (some day it might come to this) but I really enjoy wrenching on my toys.

I will be done when race teams seize to exist and new technology becomes non existenet. But that's not happening, so never!
