Anyone use a 323 GTX Turbo?
I did some searches on the GTX but didn't get too much information.
I found a 89 GTX with the B6T engine. I was wondering if there are any usefull parts that would be worth getting off the engine.
I am hoping to turbo my 91 in the near future.
As far as I understand the injectors should be larger than 1.8 injectors, cam can be swapped but other than that are there other parts that are worth swapping?
Are the rods that much stronger that they are worth swapping? Has anyone used the turbo manifold and turbo on a miata motor?
I would probably go woth a different turbo for my 91, but I am also building a 24 hr of Lemons Miata and this might be a cheap power adder.

I don't think there's much... but it would be interesting to see if somebody could cut the runners on the stock GTX intake mani, flip it over, and reweld with the intake facing the right way... or maybe just bolt it up stock and route the cold-side IC pipe all the way back there... providing the fuel rail and all that **** mates perfect.

Does anyone have some information on the VJ14 turbo that comes on these cars? I havn't found too much information so far. It does sound like it is pretty small and responsive which is what I am looking for. I don't wantt to add too much power which could lead to way to many problems on a Lemons car.
If I do swap the cams, do I need to swap both or just the exhaust cam for best results?
As far as the turbo manifold and downpipe, the turbo sits pretty low and very close to the block so I am hoping clearance won't be an issue (most installations I have seen on here the turbo seems to sit a little higher for clearance). I would cut and rework the downpipe to point the right direction or I could do a crazy stinger looking pipe right into the air (im not running a hood for the race).
Are the cyinder heads the same between a B6 and a B6T?
