Apexi AVCR or Greddy Profec B (Boost Controller)
#2
Neither, the Apexi is a ******* bitch to set up right and the Greddy profec is a piece of ****(unless it's the older version and not the profec b 2).
I would look into the Turbosmart E-Boost EBC or one from Blitz.
From what your sig says, you have a Hydra, why not just get a solenoid and have the Hydra control your boost.

I have been using that, but it's less than perfect. Very easily could be me though. I have had nothing but problems when the temperature changes.

The Spec2 is baffling unless you use the writeup on evom.net
The ProfecB or Type S are great, easy as pie to dial in, and the B can be found for $200 used very easily.
No comment on the AVCR, I have one, and a Profec Type S, but haven't decided which to use when the time comes. I'll more than likely start with the S since it's so easy a caveman could do it.

I purchased the Apexi AVC-R today. The Apexi will be more involved to install, but it does offer more once it is setup. I will post back once I get it installed and let everyone know if I made a wise choice.
