Back to turbos: 14b or 16g?

Back to turbos: 14b or 16g?
Keep in mind my hp goals top out at 200rwhp. Since the small 16g I had turned out bust, my question is:
Should I make a deal to keep the bits from the torn 16g to convert a 14b to a small 16g in the future, after outgrowing the 14b? Or should I get a 14b and do the conversion immediately? Or finally, forget the 16g and go with a good ol' 14b?
Seems like the difference in spool is small, but would I ever really take advantage of the 16g over the 14b if I never crest the 200hp hill?
