So I was wondering it anybody has had any experience with the blipspeed manifolds. They are using the begi design which a guess a plus. I'm looking to replace my old mk turbo man I as it is a bit warped.

 

A different manifold is going to put the turbo in a different location. That may require exhaust modifications. A machine shop can flatten the flange on a belt sander for minimal cost.

So I bought the Blipspeed (MaxG, BEGi) Same exact molds, not sure why they keep rebranding.

Really nice piece. I ran into an issue when I bought Kraken's 3" t25 exhaust, not thinking about how his manifold is offset to the front of the motor. So now I have to buy his mani lol

It's a center mount like FM's. Very similar flange location (raised above runners a bit). Not sure if the flange would be in the right direction for your CX DP. Probably not.

Was really confused when I bought the MaxG mani back in fall 2021 & then saw that their store was down shortly after.

If anyone is looking for a 1.6 T2 "Blipspeed" manifold, lmk

 

no matter how shitty, its hard to crack a cast iron manifold....then again, there is the CALLAWAY Mazdaspeed protege piece of **** ********** ******* manifold.....

 

This seems like the logical option. I'm going to call around some local shops to weigh my options.
