Hi Viper,

Like I said on MX5Nutz I'd seriously recommend just buying a different BOV with the right type of attatchment for your charge piping.

There is already an area welded into the post-intercooler pipe before the throttle body for the factory BEGI recirculating pipework. Why don't you just get a BOV which will fit onto this with a silicone coupler?

It's going to save you welding on a flange and de-valuating the kit if you ever sell it.

Not to mention that this looks like a dogs dinner, is that JB weld? (I hope you don't take offence):

yeah, iv had a good think about it and i think for now im just going to install the begi kit and the intercooler, and leave the bov out for now, and like you said may buy a recirculated valve instead, although i have all the attachments to install my bov neatly, i may recirculate it if i can put it togeather properly at a later date.

Lol, yeah that is jb weld putty! I wanted to put it on but i screwed up the placement holes. 1 bad idea later, JB weld. Hey it held for the time i ran like that. no leaks!

I would not do that again though!

after all the help an after looking through countless threads i cant find one that has information on how to recirculate this BOV, i understand that the large outlet on the right of The BOV pictures has to be plumb in to between the turbo and the MAF but i dont know where the two outlest on the left go to, please can someone tell me how to recirculate this BOV and where i have to plumb each outlet into.
Thanks

basic plan. BEGI uses a small pipe that goes between a pipe on the intake side piping and the throttle-side intercooler pipe.

Strange, I have a similar setup as you but with an intercooler, yet my BOV is not venting fast enough. I took a spring out and going to test it soon.

To Viper, google it before it's too late!

I had to add shims because it wasn't closing fast enough and caused a big vacuum leak which would kill my car anytime the clutch was depressed.

my current setup now i have it recirculated so the shims have been taken out and i think only the larger spring is in it.

those two hose barbs at the left are the signal lines. You don't have to use both just make sure to cap the one you don't.

Ok, Will a vacume line from the intake manifold do the job?
Any other places to attach a signal line?

Thanks alot for the help!

signal from the intake manifold will be fine. I have mine running from one of the nipples behind the throttle body.
