Default Compiled Parts list/pics build thread thingy

Now that my VW is up and running, I'm going to try and finish my build before selling everything...again.

1990, 133k-ish, decent compression numbers. Looking for low 200s on this motor before mildly building the extra longnose 1.6 sitting at home w/ the forged rods also sitting at home :(

Parts Collected:
-Greddy Manifold w/ relief cuts
-Rebuilt TD04h-15G w/ upgraded feed line and drain to pan oil drain adapter (still in bag)
-Tiny custom intercooler (10x11x3 core) setup w/ TurboXS RFL BOV, (T-bolts ftw)
-Custom Mandrel 2.5" Exhaust and 2.5" straight pipe
-550cc RX-7 Injectors and extra rail for Dual Feed
-Misc. parts for COP conversion
-Braineak PnP MS running in parallel w/ high res code
-AEM wideband
-ACT XT clutch kit and Jun Flywheel
-Torsen Type I

Need:
-Downpipe: ordering tonyturbo with next worthy paycheck
-Boost Gauge
-Random couplers, pipe, etc
-Air Filter
-Injectors cleaned
-Dyno time and tuning
-Oil drain line, tap, etc.

Hoping late August early September up and running.

Picked up a brand new racing mazda downpipe from a guy who bought it a few years ago and never got around to installing it for cheap
received my turbo
picked up an autometer boost gauge
got my 550cc back from cleaning and flow testing
a bowser (?) heatshield
intake piece and filter

Now...just need to tap the oil pan and install MS...and pick up a few random pieces.

Just wondering what kind of money you have into this so far? A price break down would be cool to see.

Default Bit/Tap

I have a bit and tap I purchased with my BEGI-S. I hope to get to tapping my pan soon, maybe even today. As soon as I am done with it, you are welcome to borrow both - with the caveat that you swear to pass it on to the next guy who is boosting on a budget.

I got my *** kicked by the rusted bolts on the CAT. I couldn't find my torch to heat the bolts, and ended up stripping them both.

So, no tapping the oil pan today.

I'll throw all my notes into a spreadsheet in the next couple of days...I'd say 6k total all said and done?

Let me know man...I can use them and mail them back to you, or just post the in the F/S section when I'm done as...who needs them just pay shipping.

I got my part from AEM yesterday....all I need is my drain line and a pan fitting.

I had to cut my cat off a few years ago...**** sucked.

No cat ftw

Will do. I just need a couple hours and I'm done with them. You can pass them on to the next guy for me.
