Default Why are these turbos soo cheap

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=180013958324

I know there is a lot of junk on ebay. Ususally its easy to see, im too new to turbos and such so I cant really tell by looking at this what makes it so cheap. I know its not a name brand or anything. It looks the deal, who knows if it actually backs it up.

Anyone here use one of these turbos?

Probly the fact that It will blow within 200-500 miles, cheap turbos are made with cheap bearings, seal etc, Getting a used one would be better than taking a chance with one of those.

Those turbos look ok on the outside. Until you look at the internals of it you wont see anything wrong with it. Cheap bearings and seals inside is what is going to wear on those turbos. Not to mention that they dont even tell you what size/trim the wheels are in the turbo. I would not waste my 150 dollars on it.

Ditto on that. I've seen the insides of one of those ebay specials. Not good.
