Oil line source
Hello all,
I've done some searching and it seems that there are too many locations to list so I'm asking this question here.
I've got what is basically a BEGI set up (BEGI mani and DP with a Garrett gt2554 turbo). I'm looking to source the braided SS oil lines. BEGI has all the parts, but they seem kinda pricey. Example the -8 upgrade drain kit runs $80 which to me seems like a lot for a $35~$40 oil line and an aluminum flange. Are there any other sources out there?
Also, how long are the BEGI lines? Anyone out there care to give me a measurement?
Thanks for your help.
Tony

Tunertoys(forum sponsor) can hook you up, they have all the needed parts for steel braided oil feed and high temp(not steel) braided drain and all the fittings.
If you want to piece your own kit though anplumbing.com has many of the parts you need except the block T fitting.
My feed line is around 46" long but its around 4-6" longer than it needs to be.
BEGI's lines are super short, they use rubber for much of the system then use a distribution block which the short steelbraided lines connect to so that info is pretty much useless.
So...
Oil Feed ~42" long with 90* swivel fitting at one end(swivel is more $$ but worth it.)
Oil drain with BEGI manifold is less than 18" so get 2 ft of it just to be safe. (Its cheap)
