Dyno Tune
I have had the car over at AMS Performance in West Chicago for the last couple of weeks. They installed a GT2860R with a custom downpipe and exhaust, as well one piece intercooler pipes. The Dyno begins at 9:30 tomorrow morning. I have a mega squirt PnP with no AFM. I was just wondering if there anything I should let them know prior to tuning that may expedite the process. I was thinking start from the base map and let them go from there.
I hopefully will post video and graphs tomorrow.

Judging by the torque curve it looks like the spool is getting to full boost late, even for a 2860? I think there are some here that get to 12 psi well before 4000 RPM?
He might have a .86 A/R housing, which would be understandable. The power output is great, any chance you can post your MSQ so we can look at the timing map they ended up with?
congrats!
congrats!
^He's also running the HKS mani and a 1.6... so the relatively late spool'age is understandable... especially if it's the .86. The good thing is that the power delivery very smooth. That's just about as high as I've seen for 12psi on a 1.6.
I will post it when I get the car back, they did not like the movement in the exhaust so they are putting in a flex pipe on Monday. The car they ran before mine was a 780hp evo, it was awesome.

The first white one.
