I just picked up an eBay intercooler and bend kit. I started to test fit it in the car and before I cut up the pipes to make it fit I wanted to see how other people ran theirs. The intercooler is 27" long and I have the following pipes:

qty 2 45 degree bends
qty 2 75 degree bends
qty 2 90 degree bends
qty 2 straight pipes
qty 2 90 degree couplers

I know this topic has been covered before but I've searched and found a few older posts but most had broken links to the pics or they just had a list of bends needed with no pics. The car has a 14B turbo but I’m more interested in the routing of the cold side pipes.

 

I have a similar setup on the way and will let you know when I get it pieced together, but can't really promise anything. Best thing to do is start with mounting the intercooler then go from there. Just test fit, cut, fit as needed. With as many different DIY's on here with different manifolds, turbos, ps/ac setup.. Nobodys two pipes are likely to be identical routing.

 

With all the different turbo and manifold combinations I'm not to worried about how the pipes go to the turbo. I figured intercooler to throttle body would be similar for most setups or at least close enough to get an idea.
