Default EBC Setup?

Hi everyone. Ive just had my car on the rollers today and it produced 190whp (235bhp). We couldnt get the EBC to work correct. I have searched the forum on help on this and there are a few threads but no help for the people who have posted them.

Can someone tell me briefly how to setup the EBC. I understand I need to tweek the boost map etc but I cant work out even by trial and error on the rollers how to get it to work. We altered the duty cycle down from 100 to 20 and tried everyting and it didnt seem to work.

I have the EBC linked up from the DB15 plug on my MS but im not certain this plug is working correctly as I couldnt get Tuner studio to display my AFR reading from it or the gauge.

Any help would be great as im losing alot of power due to having to use a manual boost controller.

Suggest posting in Megasquirt area and giving details on your setup.

On MS1 and MSPNP, only open loop duty cycles seem to work. To set those up, you steady-state the car and adjust the DC until the boost you want is achieved.

On MS2+, I think some have had luck with closed loop and a boost target.

If your boost isn't responding to the EBC, then that's another issue. Again, the subject matter experts are in the MS forum, not here.
