So I managed to break off a blade on the turbine side impeller, while trying to separate the CRHA from the housing. The expensive GammTi one. The housing popped off when I wasn't expecting it to, fell on the impeller, broke. Does anyone know if I can have just the impellar replaced, or it it time for a new super core ? I can call around tomorrow, but im in freak out mode right now.

I have one, but it lightly grazed a housing once. I can snap pics if interested, but either way, you're going to have to get everything rebalanced.
Just offering in case you needed a stopgap before committing to a supercore.
I also happen to have a 6758 supercore on hand. Brand new.

Call Mike Franke at Southeast Power Systems (813) 623-1551. They are not just a distributor for the Borg Warner line, they are the master distributor for the Borg Warner line and Mike was involved in the development process of the EFR. He's very helpful and friendly.

Turns out that Mike at Southeast Power Systems is basically a turbo god, sent from heaven to help us all. They are in fact- the only Borg Warner approved facility for repair and the ONLY company that BW sells replacement parts to. They can replace just the Impeller. Those gamma-Ti wheels are not cheap, but all said and done its about 40% cheaper than a supercore. I can live with that. They will resemble the entire turbo, hi-speed balance (same exact machine as BW) and set to my preferred clock position. he also said that it will look brand new.
Thanks Miataturbo for the direction.
