Default Exhaust/Turbo flange port match?

How important is it to have the engine exhaust manifold port match the turbo port?

Mine is off on the "inside edge" by say 1/8".

I'd fix it with a die grinder like Chris said, because it would be super easy, and take like 5 minutes to do.

Only good things come from fixing it.....who knows how much good? But it HAS to help some which means there is free hp there waiting for you to unleash it. Maybe you won't "see" much of an improvement.....but every little improvement helps right?
