I looked but couldnt find it.
Hey guys, this is another one of my simple questions that no one talks about, but it is useful info for someone putting together a kit as I myself am doing. Anyways heres the question. What are the water fitting sizes for garrett t25s? Its a simple question but I didnt wanna end up buying the wrong sizes. Also I hear people usually use these types http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me..._Code=ATP-FTG1. Are these the right sizes and can they be used for oil drain as well as water circulation on the turbo?

I did, I just said it in my prev. post. I've also read the FAQs multiple times. I know the answer to the oil fittings, thats everywhere, its just better to check with more than one source to get things done properly. Im specifically talking about the water fittings though, havent seen it on the forums yet and so far been through a full page of threads. I figured if its that hard to find for people who do a search, then why not help them out by posting this to make it easier to find for them. I did also say it was a noob question. can I get an answer on it? 3/8? 5/8?

Once again, I did. Im getting mixed answers so I decided to ask the people here on the forums since a good amount of people here use garrett t25s. I dont want to buy the wrong ones so it would be very convenient I were to just get a simple 14mm, 3/8, or some similar answer. Sure, its fun to make people feel like stupid noobs but if i cant even ask a simple question, even with a given reason of why I cant rely just on just google, then whats the point of forums being present to help people. I have searched, but im verifying from people that use these on this forum, about 40% of the community. Would I have gotten a straightforward answer if i just called the thread, "WHAT WATER FITTINGS IS EVERYONE USING"? BTW its harder than you think to find in google.

T25 water fitting @ the turbo are m14x1.5. Water fittings on the car are 5/16.
What you have linked is the fitting that goes inside the oil drain flange. If you decide to use what you linked, you need a flange that has a 5/8" female threaded flange. Drain flange is held by 2 bolts that are 44mm apart. You don't just screw what you linked into the turbo w/ out a flange. Water and oil feed you do, but not the oil drain.
I wouldn't waste my money on that ATP link. Just go to ace hardware.
And yes, you can find it in the search.

Nah I wish the car was mine. I know the team that built it though. My car looks more streetlike, but similar to that one. I'll put up pics soon because my camera was stolen. I had a miata specialty shop very close to me but they closed for good in september sadly. They ranged from turbo and supercharged and also ITB. They also owned the only widebodied street legal s15 in the states, and a nice R33-GTR http://coolcatracing.com/

OH my god. A Skyline. What on earth will I do now?
I wanted to start a Miata Specialty shop until I found you can't even keep the doors open on a gay *** Honda shop around here... Miatas would be doomed to failure the first month.
Thats why it seems like FM might start expanding into areas away from miatas to more platforms. Not saying their business isn't doing good, or that they're not making money... Just doesn't seem like a very strong market for Miata only performance automotive businesses.. Overall I could be wrong, but I know it'd be marked for failure for a local place here.
